The table below is a guide to the number of servings from each cake.
A small serving is 1" x 1" x 5"
A medium serving is 1" x 2" x 5"
A large serving is 2" x 2" x 5"
Choosing the size of cake:
If you are serving several desserts your guests will only require a small piece of cake. If you are serving only one dessert choose a medium sized or large size serving.
